It is a strain as of recently, lot of people commenting about it just being a term Zsa Zsa was recently bred and put out on treestars.com 2020/2021 was a hell of a year lol.

If comparing to the entire lineup, Area 41 would be lackluster, while being delicious it lacks potency that the rest of this drop definitely has.

Tested in bottom shelf flower stage, strain would do well in indoor environment.

It's one of few strains that claim to always have a diesel/gas aroma, and always does. Sativa heavy hybrids are the way to go, and even the bottom shelf 1/8ths I get of this strain are indoor, because the seeds genetics are so forgiving. Would do 5/5 if it got more popular.
