great mix between the two parents. you get a blend of the pungency of gmo and classic og, giving a gassy, pungent, cheesy aroma with almost some chemical overtones (not chem the strain, like a savory soap smell if that makes any sense). the high is super relaxing, probably among the most relaxing i've ever tried. i'd recommend it to pretty much all med patients to be honest, this strain seems like it would help with pretty much everything people would smoke weed to relieve: pain, stress, anxiety, insomnia, nausea, probably muscle spasms and stuff like that too. serious winner here. only thing i'd say is that it's damn strong, and it's a creeper, so this wouldn't be the best first strain. you won't feel anything bad from it, but knowing your limits going into it with this one will serve you well. solid chance of accidentally gluing yourself to the nearest piece of furniture otherwise.

Truffle Cake

Got this strain from the small batch Lifted drop up in WA, and I'll be damned if it isn't one of the t3 eighths I've had the pleasure of smoking (maybe best). The smell is almost like a waffle cone, but with a little earth and extra nuttiness behind it. It's delicious. The smell translates great when smoking, but that may be because this batch was cultivated so well (3.2% terps). Lifted also cured the stuff to perfection, so it's smooth as well. Lots of body tingles and overall very relaxing, but not in a heavy sort of way. This is one of those indica strains that makes you feel like you're floating above your couch rather than sinking into it if you get what I mean. Absolute 10/10. Oh, and it's a looker too (Lifted has some pics on their twitter).

tastes like a gassy green apple jolly rancher, super relaxing and heavy. despite a medium-low thc% on the jar it still packs a punch, so don't be turned off if you see something around 16% or whatever. it still hits.

Garlic Drip

this is NOT a strain for the faint of lung. tastes like garlic and BO and it feels hot as you inhale it (as opposed to something like kush mints which is super cold feeling). And oh my god does it hit like a truck. Doesn't take much time to hit either. If you've got a lot of pain to relieve, or have a ton of trouble falling asleep, or just wanna go to a different planet, pick this up. Oh, and you literally can't see the leaves through the trichome coverage. Gotta love GMO genes.

Apples and Bananas

Great hybrid right here. Mentally relaxing but not physically sedating, just enough to make me more creative and talkative. Tastes gassy and earthy with a little hint of tart fruit, sorta like a green apple but with gas on top. Not too far from the typical cookie/gelato strains, but just enough so its unique. If you're looking for a morning/afternoon strain that isn't super sativa heavy, this is a good one to try out.

Georgia Pie

This one hits heavy for me. Something about Biscotti crosses just knocks me out. The fruitiness of Kush Mints is super apparent in this, but its tanginess is tamed by the smoother fruity flavors from Gelatti. Good one if you want a super relaxing, fruity strain that doesn't taste 100% like a Runtz or something like that.

White OG

super caked nugs, especially on the inside. smells like piney gas, maybe a little nutty, and a little spicy. gives a great body high that leaves me relaxed and a little sleepy, but creatively inspired and calmed. highly recommend if you're in the mood for a potent, indica-leaning OG

Double Mint

Gonna be returning to this one for sure. Flower I got was from Redbird up in WA and it's great. Lots of dark purples and dark greens, nice cure, and very smooth vaping. The flavor is a lovely doughy cookie flavor with some subtle peppery earthiness, potentially a tiny bit of blueberry fruitiness, tied together with a nutty gas. Tastes great. The high is definitely on the relaxing side, probably 70:30 or 60:40 indica. Doesn't totally knock me out, though. It's a really interesting high. It relieves my stress and relaxes my anxiety, but motivates me to still be productive. Honestly it puts me in a really good headspace. And for $95 for a half oz, I couldn't really ask for any better. I don't wanna gas it too much but this might be a 10.

Permanent Marker

Got an 8th of a small batch run from Lifted Cannabis in WA, and WOW does it live up to the top shelf expectation. Just off numbers alone, the jar reads 4.5% terps (!!!) to compliment the 24% THC, if you care about potency. The nose is incredibly complex. Tons of classic GSC funk notes as you would expect from the genes, and the Sherb gives a really interesting chemical citrus zest on the top, which is quite similar to the smell of an expo marker. Lovely combo of sweetness and bizarre pungency. Super unique nose based on the strains that I've smoked. The effects are definitely indica leaning, websites say 70:30 and I'd buy that. Nice body tingles, pretty heavy behind the eyes, anxiety and pain relieving. Pretty fuggin blissful, and I guess it ought to be cuz even with a 25% sale the 8th was over $50. Not sure if I'd smoke it as a daily driver strain for that reason, but if you've got some change and are looking for a premium experience, you'll be impressed by this. If you're looking for a strain to grow as a med patient, this'll do the job and more.

Oreo Blizzy

4/30/2023
Picked up some Oreo Blizzy from Freddy's Fuego, and ngl I thought it looked like some mids in the jar. Somewhat frosty but not insane, pretty dark green leaves, etc. But the flavor and the high make up for it. The cross is ice cream cake x sunset sherbet, and I get notes of sweet citrus from the sherb straight out the gate. Not super overpoweringly citrus, though, and it's followed by a sweet creaminess from the ice cream cake. Super smooth too. Definitely a case of "don't judge a book by its cover" would 100% recommend, prolly my favorite ice cream cake cross at the moment
