I hate that they are the only location nearby that takes online orders. The 'front office' staff acts like they're doing you a favor by checking you in. Then on to the bs 'express lane' for my online order, where I need to wait significatly longer than normal to be checked out. And then I was treated like an idiot for not knowing about the express lane.
