As a return customer, overall the bud quality is usually good, but my last purchase was pretty bad, in fact, it was not good at all. It may have been a one-time experience, but unfortunately it literally left a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure if I will return, seems like something has changed at Capital Dank, but I can't say exactly what it is...and like most things, perception is subjective and everyone experiences things differently, and I can only relate my experience. What I find the most difficult about quality, is that it's basically a hit or miss proposition, and I originally thought I made a hit with Capital Dank.
