Pretty sedating, similar to 9 pound hammer, so works well for my sleep issues.

This is a grest strain to use if you need to get things done. I am able to keep on task, where as normally I am all over the place.

I have tried around 20 different strains, and this is my favorite so far. Very sedating, so perfect for what I need it for which is to relax and go to sleep. It also knocks out my back pain really well.
