Everyone is very friendly, the product selection is great (a little limited, but all good choices/options), and the space is very classy and spotlessly clean. Can't ask for anything more

Super unique smell and flavor. Jack Herer is the only thing close to it in terms of floral notes. Relaxing but not too much sedation to limit it from daytime use. Worth a try for the experience. Testing on the live wax I have has over 1% terpinolene, along with lesser concentrations of caryophyllene, cymene, humulene, nerolidol, and limonene. I've never seen that wide a variety before. I've smoked flower of this and taste and effects are the identical.

I can't speak highly enough about The Botanist. Their concentrates (Live Resin Project) are fantastic and their flower is the best you can get from any MA dispensary, hands down. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, as well.

This strain is a great variation of gorilla glue that tweaks the effects for better daytime use; relaxing but not (very) sedative. Dense green buds with lots of crystals but no hairs.

Fellow medical patients: please don't go here. They don't want us, they want the recreational user cash cow. After a difficult and ultimately unsuccessful attempt at curbside, I instead had to stand in a line next to (effectively with, due to their half-hearted social distancing enforcement) the massive line of rec users. When I was allowed in, there were at least 8 other customers in their cramped space, forcing everyone to squeeze past each other to get to and from the registers. Meanwhile, the other three dispensaries I use have been limiting capacity to three patients--and one is at least double the size of this location. As someone in the high-risk category for Covid, I genuinely felt irresponsible for not leaving when I saw their "precautionary measures".

Just... Wow. I have come to think of this as my homebase, but will never be back again after the "customer service" I just experienced. On a previous visit, I was told pricing on two 1/2 grams of shatter was the same as one 1 gram package by the manager working; apparently, he was wrong and I shouldn't have gotten this discount. Today, I placed an order (on the terrible non-Leafly site they've switched to) and decided to call and confirm the price would be adjusted when I got there. At this point, it was destined to be tough for the associate to break the news to me, but what followed was just stunning. After some back and forth, he hung up on me. I called back and there was no answer. I immediately picked up a different phone, called back, then marveled as the same guy answered on the first ring. He then tried to convince me he'd been on another call, from precisely after he hung up on me until I called on a second phone-all of which happened I the span of a minute. Never going back, actively telling fellow patients and recreational users to avoid.

This is my all-time favorite strain for flower. What makes this one special to me is the quick onset; anxiety just melts away almost immediately after a few good pulls. The quick relief also makes it easier to avoid overdoing it out of impatience.

Very mellow, not too sedative. Smooth, subtle sweet flavors. Flower had a nice blend of purple leaves throughout. Wax was especially smooth, more pronounced berry flavor. I'm definitely a fan.

This was my first time at this location, but I've been to the one in Lowell a few times before. I stopped going to that location after three consecutive bad experiences, but I was in Greenfield and figured I shouldn't judge this location based on my experience in Lowell. I was wrong. Both places have very friendly people at the door/check-in, followed by the least friendly cashiers I've ever encountered in any retail transaction. Almost impressively, this cashier managed to simultaneously be rude to me while loudly joking with his coworkers behind me. As a new medical patient, I was given a generous discount and the items I wanted were also on a "flash sale", but I still left flat out angry that I'd given them my money.
