It's hard to find a strain that helps with my fibro nerve pain especially when I am having a bad flareup, as well as my lower back pain from a car accident. After about 10 min almost zero pain. I feel relaxed but not couch locked. Not too heady either which for me is a plus bc I don't like to get that super foggy or anxious reaction. Overall one of my overall favs.
