What a waste of time. Clearly OCB has absolutely no idea what to do or how to run a business. The "we're a new business" excuse ain't going to work this time. There's about 40 different legal providers across Canada and some how there's a shortage? Weren't you guys prepared for this? I don't even consider the street dealers black market after this experience. SD always come through
