This shop was another pleasant surprise in a weekend full of them. After our new cartridge from home failed, we went looking for some flower. The staff here were friendly, very helpful, and knowledgable. Add in great selection and excellent prices, and we will certainlu go back next time we're in town!

I have reviewed Paradise Found in the past, so this is more of a check-in. I stopped in first thing this morning to score some 420 deals. Once again, these people deliver! Let's get the discussion about product out of the way first. It's always good, it's always fresh, and they stand behind what they sell. Remember that last part, we'll come back to it. For me product is not what sets stores apart from each other. There is so much product out there, that finding quality shouldn't be an issue - and I haven't found it to be one. What sets this place apart is the service. Everyone behind the counter seems to get that this is a retail business and that retail success has more to do with customer service than with anything else. Standing behind what you sell is part of that. This morning, despite the 420 crowd, a delightful woman took the time to answer my questions, chat with me, and make me feel like I was the most important thing in her universe. And that is the hallmark of outstanding customer service. As long as they keep providing that level of service, I will keep coming back to Paradise Found.

First of all, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always a good thing, and The Grass Shack doesn't disappoint in that department. Second, I really appreciate knowing what I'm going to spend from the get go. I wish everyone would list the process *with tax* on their menus - paper and online. I also appreciate that the list the percentage/ratio of THC to CBD. Very helpful. Third, quality of product...I purchased 2 items. A 1/2 gm of concentrate. Overall quality seems to be good and I appreciate the 1/2 gm option. I also purchased an 1/8 of flower, and this is where they lost a star. The flower is on the dry side. The taste seems to be off from we usually see with this strain. With a test date going back 5 months, it's possible that this bud's been hanging out on the shelf a bit too long. On the other hand, effects are what I expected, so not a huge problem, just something to be aware of.

The first impression when you walk in is that this is not your 70's head shop. Well lit, bright and clean with a minimalist atmosphere, everything about the place says "professional". Then, there's the budtenders. Y** was knowledgeable and patient. A true professional who obviously takes pride in her work and her place of business, she was never pushy. In fact, she encouraged me to take all the time I needed. Her enthusiasm was contagious. I left with 2 pre-rolls and a cartridge. All my purchases were straight up quality, the pre-rolls were fresh, and everything was fairly priced. I have found my neighborhood go-to dispensary and I'm looking forward to my next visit!
