I didn't expect this to work. I've tried other topicals before without much success, plus they would get me a little high if I applied them to thin skin regions like the back of my neck. But this stuff works REALLY well. It reduces the pain from the disks in my neck and back, plus it helps my sore knees. My wife says it also really helps her hand arthritis. It lasts 4 to 6 hours and gives absolutely no high. The only negative it really smells strongly of menthol, like Bengay or Icy Hot, but I think the menthol helps it to work. Priced too high, of course, but a little goes a long way.

I got this on a lark, not expecting much. I've used cannabis topicals, including homemade, before with only so-so results, plus some got me a little high when I used them on thin-skinned areas like my neck (I'm a lightweight). But, surprisingly, this works really well. I have severe neck and shoulder pain due to disk issues, along with lower back and knee pain and it worked very well on all these areas. The relief lasted about 6 hours with no "high". My wife said it was fantastic on her finger arthritis, better than anything she has used, including oral medications. It has a strong menthol/Icy-Hot odor and tingles, so maybe the menthol helps it work. It rubs in very quickly with no residue. It works better than any OTC topical or even Voltaren gel for me and with less mess. A little dab is all it takes, so I expect the one tube to last quite a while.

Verano has really upped their game on this one. I'm bad at describing how cannabis smells, but the stuff smells delicious. It's not the most potent or heady cannabis I've had but it's one of the few that works really well at preventing migraines and dealing with spasticity and pain without any side effects. No dizziness, no anxiety, just a mellow lift. VERY hybrid - it's not energizing or sleep-inducing.

This is my absolute favorite strain for evening use. Starts out with a fun head high that mellows into a full body melt. Muscle relaxing, happy and peaceful with some good pain relieving qualities. All anxiety is removed. You can lie down and just sink into the surface without falling asleep, just enjoying a sense of well-being. It slowly trails off without any crash. You wake up the next day feeling great. One of the few strains I've found that will knock out a full-blown migraine with no rebound when it wears off. A must in my medicine cabinet. Mostly a body high, very little head effect. Very relaxing and muscle melting and good for nausea. No anxiety or other negative qualities. Not much to the taste. Unfortunately, I almost always get a mild headache, something I am prone to from many strains, the next morning if I use this in the evening. A nice balanced hybrid, leaning sativa, with a good flavor. I found it relaxing with a very slightly energizing high and moderate pain and spasm relief. I'm not sure if it does any good for preventing my migraines. But did not trigger them. Not the strongest strain, but not bad. Interesting sativa-dominate strain. Uplifting but not "racy". It also has good pain relief. Seems good for headaches/migraines. I can't sleep right after using it, a little too stimulating, but can after about an hour when it seems to help sleep. So a good all-around strain, useful during daytime or evening. Got the flowers from the Compassionate Sciences Alternative Treatment Center in Bellmawr, New Jersey. Highly recommend them.

Overall great strain, very balanced. Helps with insomnia but you can also use it during the day. Good for pain and muscle spasms. Extremely potent, probably the best medical strain we have here in NJ
