Definitely a 5 from me. I forgot how much I love this strain. Of course, LA Confidential was one of my early faves. Now that it's nearly impossible to find, Cataract Kush is a blend of LA and OG. So, it's actually a better day time strain. I find it incredibly relaxing, yet I feel creative (for writing or artistic endeavors.) As the summary says, happy, relaxed, and pretty euphoric, too.

Actually 4.5 or maybe 4.75... I was SO surprised because the bud tender considered this a "heavy indica." NO. As Jbass says, it's practically perfect. Read his review... L A Confidential is one of my all time fav strains-- a 5-star "go to" strain that I always make sure to "stash a bit." Perfect when you feel stressed or wound up. This one will relax you, but not necessarily put you to sleep. Good for sharing with a loved one, if you know what I mean ;) I'm not great at describing flavors or aromas, but LA provides both a body high with some cerebral lift. I love it!

In a word FABULOUS, my most fav strain! Not sure what sets NL#5 apart from the original NL (perhaps the 5 indicates genetics or 5th generation.) Whatever, it's the bud by which I judge all others! Smooth, relaxing and yet totally stimulates my mind. I can get into my creative writing, or yoga / T'ai Chi and and really feel the energy moving! Not a couch-lock or sleeper for me. Also, similar strains (below) are said to be Kosher Kush, MK Ultra and God Bud and all of those are also favs of mine. But, NL stands apart as one of the finest strains to be had, IMHO!

I've been to Minerva many times. First, when it was in the small shop and now that it's expanded with grower supplies, more options and delivery methods: yahoo! Check it out if you have your card.

Recently discovered this strain (Critical Plus) which is a balanced hybrid-- perfect for relaxing without too much head high, yet still mentally uplifting. Best of all there are NO negatives that I've felt, and a cannabis bud tender confirmed this. I was told it's bred for PTSD and other stress related conditions with a goal of no negative effects. Fab! Bottom line: If you're looking for a big boost or head high, you might pass. If you are wound up or up tight, Critical Plus is probably just right!

Blue Dream is a heady high, but no paranoia or headache, just pure pleasure. It's considered a sativa dominant hybrid, and the strain I tried is a 60/40, meaning quite a lot of relaxing Indica influence -- definitely a dreamy haze effect. It's all I can do to write about it... and not want to indulge in something! BD would be fab for a hot tub haze! But the music might be a little livelier than "new age" or Exitmusic, say some BLUES! ah, time for the bluesy dream again... Absolutely a High Five from me!
