I usually have trouble with sleeping- recurring thoughts of endless crap you have to do, kids, this, that, ahhh!!!! Three bowls and as as Drake would say, “I was out like a light, slept through the night.” Fantastic and fast acting! Just crept in slowly and rocked my ass to bed :) Highly recommend.
