Not ideal location for me, however, with Vela closing soon, Bakeree is the only other cannabis store I feel comfortable in. Staff are helpful and knowledgable and don’t run you in/out because they only care about the transaction and not about long-term patronage.

I am a daily recreational cannabis smoker and 10 minutes or so after taking one nice hit from my bubbler, I suddenly realised I was talking out loud to myself about my business plan, my dog was giving me one of those looks she give me when she thinks I have something for her. 🤷‍♀️ I liked it, the high was fun, short lasting(but I only took 1 hit).

My go to marijuana location. A little out of my way, however, I like how I am treated and how I feel when I am at Vela. This space is upscale, clean, spacious, and nothing is rushed and dive-barish. No giant linebacker type dude at the door checking ID’s and being a Bouncer. Vela does not require that type of service as the atmosphere is chill and inviting, not a hole in the wall weed shop.
