This will be a long review, but if you'd like the short end it version, Zen Meds is absolutely fantastic, courteous, timely, and I am truly thankful I found them. If you would like to see why, please read below. I have bipolar disorder and take my medication very seriously. The wrong strain will send me into mania. I originally found Zen Meds because I needed if you pens to have throughout the day for my dosing. I work less from home and with my daily anxiety, and is very necessary. Unfortunately, dispensaries charge too much for those items and far less potent. I much prefer caregivers and delivery, as the dedication to service is still there and the quality. I was at a dispensary several weeks ago to get pen cartridges, and was treated so terribly that I burst out in tears in the dispensary and had to leave. I then had a panic attack and ended up out of work for two days. I reached out last week at noon. Within minutes, I was given a response letting me know my medication was being prepared. About 10 minutes later I received a text letting you know that my ETA was 13 minutes. By 1245 my medication had arrived. The young gal who delivered it was extremely kind and courteous and made me feel very at ease. I am very bad with names and cannot remember hers, the delivery was on Monday around 1245. Please give her my absolute things as I am going through a hypo manic phase and have a lot of social anxiety. I had no anxiety at all speaking with her and instead felt very at ease. I will be acquiring all of my medications from you now and will forever be a loyal customer. Thank you for helping someone who is going through a very hard hypomanic phase and needs any kind. You are a true testament as to why caregivers and delivery exists

I am extremely disheartened. This was my first time at this dispensary. I had heard so many great things from friends and co-workers. I came here to get two shatter pens. One works very well. The other - is so loose that it will not screw on three different pen batteries. I live 10+ miles away and must drive back tomorrow to swap the cartridge. $88 donated, and I have to drive an additional ~22 miles. I hope that they will do something to make this right. I can't afford to waste money like this as a medical patient. I am on a fixed income. Again, I am open to your dispensary, just extremely saddened by this experience. Sad day for a depressed, OCD, bipolar who prefers to avoid driving. This is why I stick with my delivery service.

If you can find a true GDP, then it is magical. I am bipolar, and I need something that will calm, relax, and ultimately lull me to sleep. GDP does all the above and more. It calms my racing thoughts. I can think of one thing at a time. Be careful, though, as I have tried batches that have no medicinal effects. I have had the best luck with caregivers. Love GDP!

I have nothing but immense praise to give! I am a new member, and called in few a few questions. The call was answered promptly, and the gentleman was extremely helpful. Not only did he ask me which types of strains I was interested in, he asked what would work best for my budget. I appreciated that. The delivery eta was spot on, and Mike called to let me know he was close by, nice! Now, to the flower. This GDP is phenomenal. It is extremely fresh, covered in beautiful orange hair, and smells delicious. The relaxation it produces is exactly what I needed for my disorder! Thank you! I will forever be a member.

I have bipolar disorder, and I must stay away from all sativa's. Northern Lights has been the most perfect indica strain I have ever tried over the years. It calms me, my mind does not race, and I feel serene. I am able to go to bed with ease and stay asleep :) this is very heavy, so you will definitely want to be at home or somewhere you can relax. If you suffer from anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia, and racing thoughts, then this is the strain for you.

I want to thank you all from the bottom of my green heart. This is the best Northern Lights I have ever had the pleasure of smoking. I am bipolar, and have to be extremely selective in which strains I choose. Northern Lights is "the one" for me. I tried a batch at a nearby dispensary, but it crumbled in my fingers and provided no medicinal benefit. After smoking your amazing flower, I feel wonderful. I will be solely buying from you. From someone who truly relies on quality, I am truly grateful. We need more people out there like you!!

I have been going to H4L since they opened a little over two years ago. I left for a year, and came back last year. It felt like coming home again. There were some familiar and new faces, but the vibe remained the same. I feel extremely comfortable here, from the atmosphere, to the people you work with. Rose is absolutely fabulous and I can always count on her to help me find something that will work for me, as I can only smoke indica/indica dom hybrid. There is no other place I'd rather go. And with their phone orders, efficiency is at its finest at H4L. I love this dispensary and I'm a customer for "life!"
