OK - I figured it out. Instead of trying to put this under my tongue, what I have been doing is putting it in my smoothies. The dosage is 1.5 droppers full. The effect is almost imediate reduction or elimination of pain in my lower back, tingling in my body and waves of pleasure running through my self. This stuff is great!
Took 2 droppers under my tongue slowly. Because of the cinnamon, its a little strong and tingly going in. I took this at 7:00 p.m. and will report how I am feeling at 7:15 p.m.
7:15 - I can feel slight effects in my body - relaxing mostly. I feel clear headed and not really any effects mentally.
7:30 - little to no effect. Not really feeling it in my body either.
7:30 - I took another dropper full.
8:00 - still not feeling much of an effect. Body pain is low, but it was low earlier also.
