Picked this if from GrowHealth in fl. Helps to center you and keep you focused. Really helps you relive anxiety. If you want to lay around on it you can and but if you have stuff to do it definitely helps you stay on tasks and be productive. Well balanced, body and head feelings and I never felt like I was in a fog. Taste great as well.
