For someone like me who suffers from complex ptsd, insomnia, chronic pain, nightmares, general anxiety disorder and loss of appetite to name a few, this strain helps out tremendously with all of those problems and allows me to be comfortable in my own skin, sleep normal and co-exist with other people without anxiety eating me alive.
