I had a recent interaction with OCS customer support regarding two orders I placed on March 26th. The chat experience itself was pleasant — Danielle, the support rep, was super friendly, polite, and professional throughout. She made the process feel personable and was quick to respond once verification was complete.
That said, I was a little disappointed to learn both of my orders were delayed despite being placed before the advertised shipping cut-off time. There was no notification sent out about the delay, which left me in the dark for a few days. Since I’ll be out of town when the orders finally ship, I ended up requesting a refund — something that could’ve been avoided with clearer upfront communication.
Overall, the customer service rep was great, but the fulfillment side left something to be desired. Hopefully, the process gets smoother in the future!
