Drift - Central Boulder

Been a fan of this place for about 6ish months, and I know life is tough these days.. but I am here to simply share a few recent experiences:
- Good selection of edibles and flower (probably more, but that is my jam!)
- Fair prices!
- Yesterday: Order placed within online ordering window and I got the alerts that the order is bring processed... then 9 minutes before they close they text me that my order is canceled, no explanation. I call in to ask whats up, and I just get "sorry, can you come within the next 9 minutes and reorder in person". Couldn't make that happen.
- The next day, I place an order online. Get alerted that it is ready along with a final confirmed price. I go in, and the price is now $108 more than the text message confirmed price.
Mistakes happen, and weed mistakes ain't the end of the world... But feeling compelled to leave this review as competition is strong, I want to see Drift improve and I want to remain loyal. But how they treat customers when THEY make mistakes ain't right, and I will give it one more try before I move on to another company.
