I love Choom! Staff is always great and they usually have what I want in stock. However I recently made a 'click and collect' order and it said that I would be able to bypass the line to pick it up. I got there and had to stand in line with everyone else, which is what I was trying to avoid. I feel like it completely defeated the purpose of making the click and collect order. Please consider making a separate line for click and collect orders :) Thanks guys!
