I come to this location whenever I am in airdrie and I usually have a great experience but tonight I came in with my sister and I don’t know the girls name but there was a younger girl working with a younger guy and the girl was extremely rude to us the whole time we were in. The second we walked in, there was no “hello” or “how are you” she instantly insisted we show her our ID’s (understanding we look young and that’s her job) but the way she said it to us with no greeting was extremely disrespectful as someone working customer service and the way she continued to speak to us in a rude tone was just really unacceptable. towards the end of our visit, My sisters tap was not working and she was so upset at the way the girl was speaking to her that we ended up just leaving and my sister did not buy what she wanted to get. I will still shop from other locations but I will not be coming back to this location.
