Poor business management, low selection, high prices, rude tenders

I have shopped at Better Provisioning Company somewhere around 15+ times since its soft-opening last summer 2019. They have a large showroom with empty shelves and very limited product. I have had ONE positive experience there. I believe the budtenders name was Jim (possibly the owner or manager). He was kind, polite, and helpful. However, I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but aside from the one positive experience, the complete lack of respect, courtesy, professionalism, customer service in general, have been my primary experience. Literally every single employee at BPC—aside from Jim— didn’t even try to act like they cared about their patients or their jobs. Zero eye contact. Silence upon walking in/no greeting whatsoever. Frequently answers questions with “I don’t know./I think? Maybe?/check our menu if you want to know (Fun fact: they have no online menu as of current). No send off greeting. Even after I said “Have a great rest of your day”..... crickets..... With all that being said, I’m kinda forced to continue shopping at BPC due to their lower prices. So I’ll deal with the sub-SUB-par customer service. But raise your prices and I’m a lost customer. Progress, not perfect. Reset, re-staff, and restart! Much love 🌬🍃

Good morning or mid day bud. Wakes me up and keeps me mostly focused and happy.

2/3 grows I’ve had were excellent. High thc sativa that made me feel euphoric, happy, and uplifted. This strain does cause significant dry mouth. Didn’t help with headache pain

Amazing! Super dense, keef covered nuggets. Gave me a good body high, helping to chill my stressed ass out. Seemed to help mildly with my headache; but with the euphoria and relaxation, the headache was easier to ignore.

Perfect, balanced Sativa. This strain leaves me clear headed and alert while still calming my nerves. Motivating and uplifting!

Great for getting things done around the house. Focused.
