We drove all the way out from East Mesa to visit this shop for the first time yesterday. We arrived 10 minutes early. When we drove up, there was a line of employees and customers sitting outside. Apparently the key-holding manager didn't make it, so we were all stuck outside. One of the workers called and the owner showed up to let all 12 customers in. It was only about 15 minutes after their opening time. Being a first time customer, I was a little bothered by this and the example being set. Despite all that, they did a great job once we got in and kept the customers happy. The owner didn't just open and leave, but stayed behind the counters to help. That was awesome. He came by personally to apologize and tell me he was sorry. Gave me a free pre-roll and moved on to the next customer. The bud tender was so gentle and sweet. In the end, they made it right and the owner took charge and showed face. That's what I call customer service!!! Thank you for a great experience after our 50 minute commute. Small place, but well run. The bud tender was informative, very kind and helpful. I would anticipate going back, despite the fact it's WAY past many other dispensaries for my drive. The facility looked super modern and dark with awesomely dimmed lighting. Plus, the touch screen interactive app used to navigate strains and prices was cool! This place is definitely on my top five favorite places. Good job, U.G. You've earned my business.

Excellent strain for chronic pain. It also gives a nice touch of energy wrapped in a blanket of focus and readiness. It's pretty calm on the mental side, but you can definitely tell it's there. Great for an early afternoon started on a Saturday with things to do, but relaxation after. I would suggest the strain leaves you with a feeling of excitement. Glad I got an ounce of this particular strain, that's for sure.

This is my absolute favorite strain for Chronic back pain and being able to go to sleep in minutes without the tossing and turning. BBK has an awesome chemistry with my body and mind. It's not too much of one thing and just enough of everything. I usually can't sleep all night, with tossing and turning from back pain. With a few hits of BBK out of my little water bong, it goes down smooth just before I go down smooth to sleep. Excellent evening strain to wind down and truly just take a load off. I would strongly advise this strain if you suffer from pain and want to couple that with a chill night playing video games or listening to music. Stellar!!

This strain is perfect for those who are sensitive to THC but need the help of a strong CBD for pain. I have chronic back pain issues, so this is a great fit. Mostly, it's helpful because I have a 10 month old girl, and being married, I don't particularly like being cerebral and overly medicated. This is exactly what people need to help cope if they don't want to feel high. Sure, after a big bowl you might get a little lifted feeling, but you're completely functional and a little more light-hearted. It's the perfect fit for someone like me.
