Fantastic. I've moved to distillates/vaping recently, so this review is based on the Blueberry distillate offered by Flyte (purchased at LotusLand North Vancouver). Interestingly enough, the flavours of "Blueberry" are still quite prominent even in the distillate/vape format - a nice bonus. Anyway, this is 2 pulls and sleep for me - exactly what I wanted for night time use. I like something to relax me in the evenings, not make me feel uselessly stoned or high, no paranoia, no anxiety - I sought deep, relaxing, warm, comforting, peaceful "mellow" from this strain, and it delivered. Flavourful, strong/potent, medium duration of effect, creeps steadily within first 20min and keeps you there, very calming and relaxing. I like the fact it's not a paranoid high, or jittery/anxious high, or "drunken stupor" high - it's a quality clean almost dare I say "narcotic" feel to it, and what I mean by that is "very specific and accurate as to what it effects and where"; as opposed to some of the strains out there that just "blanket bake" you entirely - head to toe - for hours - that's it - done - finished - wasted... This strain seems precise in its effect - I really like it. I used to enjoy GDP as a bedtime nightcap; but I too found it a bit racy or strong in some ways on some nights. Still a terrific strain for sure, but Blueberry seems more subtle and refined - yet still retaining the potency and heavy effects (for relaxation and sleep). Really a nice strain.

In distillate form; was recommended for night-time use and pre-sleep medication to aid with insomnia, restless leg syndrome, restlessness, etc. The cartridge I have specifically states "Indica" and I do believe there are 2 OG Kush varietals (at least!!) out there - one a hybrid, the other a dominant Indica. Regardless, interesting medicine. With the distillate, one long haul is usually measure enough to ascertain potency and effect. In the case of this strain, it felt very familiar at the onset - definitely not as relaxing and numbing as a strong Indica - but it was relaxing and calmed my body down nonetheless. However, I did lay in bed for a good hour enjoying the head-trip, then slowly started to enter a sleep-state, then, as though someone suddenly stopped the movie reel; it was LIGHTS ON and I was up!! Seems as though when this stuff wears off, it perks you up. Least it did last night, we'll try again tonight. Anyway - after a weird moment I took another small hit off the cartridge and made my way back to bed where I did awake this morning, not as well rested as I'd hoped for, but I'm off to bed again now. As for the product - chemmy aftertaste but that's typical with distillates in my vaping experience. It's a solid narcotic feeling strain, I can see it worked well in calming my body, my mind not so much. Let's see what tonight's experiments hold!! Decent. Strong, good on the body, introspective, efficient and potent, relaxes the muscles for sure, dry mouth which dissipates after about an hour. ***UPDATE: Tried again for night time use; seems this strain - while narcotic in its feel and effect, isn't the best night time sleep aid as, say, GDP or Blue God are. Still decent enough for a calming body effect, but not so much to be lights out material. Enjoyable nonetheless, just not knock-out material for sleep. Will be trying G13 and a couple other Indica dominant distillates for sleep and will report back my findings***

This time I went with a distillate. Farmacy in Victoria has a variety of 70%+ pure THC distillates, and I picked up the Strawberry Cough over the Lemon Haze just from former experience; finding the SC to be a little more "operational" and "clear headed" than the Haze strains. Anyway, different animal using vape/distillate. One long haul and it was expando-lungs, borderline cough-fest, but a slow release and the feeling of warmth flushing my face. Within 5min the effects were apparent. Within 10min the effects were strong and euphoric; borderline sketchy strong. But with some solid mental processing, just worked through it and managed an amazing night of socializing and partying (no drinking, nothing else, just that one initial haul). Daytime today, was fatigued, feeling unmotivated, a little sleepy and thick headed - took one medium hit from the cartridge - and it cleared me right up!!! Last 5 hours from onset to taper; very clear; easy to function in social settings; no ill side effects; I didn't look or act "stoned" but I'm sure given a few more hauls off this thing and my ass'd be hooped - just to be clear, ahem!! I thought smoking weed was supposed to make you lazy and wanna eat munchies and watch TV...?? This stuff is like coffee without the jitters. I can't wait to try Chocolope, Jack Herer or Lambsbreath in distillate form. Very fast acting, efficient, clean high, taste is average for distillate (a bit chemmy, but it's fine), and I have to say, for micro-dosing or just nice little top-ups during the day, the vape/distillate method is now my favourite. So easy. So simple. So effective. SC is a great strain in both flower and distillate; not as pure a high (to me personally) as Chocolope or Jack Herer; but it's excellent nevertheless in the Sativa dominant world of medicine. ****Multi-time use review update: Still with the SC vape distillate and I have to say, this method/extract/delivery/form is perfect. Exceptional dosing accuracy, and the strain itself has totally pulled me up by my bootstraps in the mornings, clears the fog, is like turbo-coffee for the brain without the jitters. Comes on VERY fast within a minute or two, kinda a bit surprisingly, then totally evens out for a super pleasant, productive, clear, energetic disposition. Awesome pick-me-up strain and method. I'll be converting to distillate vape henceforth except for the blessed Lambsbreath, Chocolope and GDP. But I'd not say no to trying those in distillate form either (grin!!). Mellows me out - picks me up - clears my mind - allows me purpose and focus - and the energy to carry these out - all the while upbeat - happy - no cravings - no overt "stone" - just clean and functional and positive****

Totally incredible. Different than anything else under the Sativa style family. Magical and sacred. Joyous and harmonious. Earthy, spicy coffee flavour with fruity overtones. Hits fast and consistently, no creeping. Can work well in small doses or really launch the user when used in quantity. Incredible positive mood booster. Doesn't affect sleep - sheer perfection. Jamaican Royalty, don't miss it. I've been waiting almost 30 years to get my hands back on this strain, and I am very very pleased I did.

GDP...!! Wow. This isn't a strain to be taken lightly. While I tend to find myself gravitating towards the Sativa dominant strains for their clarity, focus & energizing effects, I wanted something for the evenings to basically knock my lights out and sleep deep. This strain delivers like a sledgehammer - it's not subtle. Its initial effects will render most casual users inoperable when consumed in "average" amounts (0.25g joint, bowl, or the like). Creeps quick and before you realize it - you're levelled, with "going to bed" really about the only sensible thing to consider. Conversation falls by the wayside, music can definitely hold some worth for a while, but before long, it's lay-down time - good night!! Psychoactive effects are heavy; body effects, heavy; no paranoia or anxiety, no munchies (a good thing), but the stone is big, deep, strong and incapacitating. 4 stars as a medicinal sleep aid; 5 stars if you just want to get blitzed. Flavour is full, rich and thick. Smoked - keen to try vaping at lower temps for a more manageable effect. But hands down this is a potent, tasty, smooth high-quality cut.

4.0-4.5 stars!! Exceptional "Sativa" high - but very strong. Also noticed that yes - it does expand in my lungs and made me cough (vaped!!). High comes on quickly and sticks around for a long while. Not as transparent and clear as Jack Herer or Chocolope in my opinion, but a definite high quality contender. This one is more recreational in its high - I wouldn't feel quite so confident in my day to day affairs on this strain as I would the aforementioned two other strains. It's a fuller high - more noticeable in the head and one's actions - it's apparent - and while definitely energizing and "activating", you know all the while you are pretty high and therefore there's some second guessing as to moving quick and thinking quick. Delicious flavour - long lasting "up" high - beautiful buds - great vape - top grade Sativa strain through and through.

4.5 Stars. Strong. Definitely relaxing, great pre-sleep bedtime strain that should be enjoyed for an hour or so before hitting the sack. Vaped. Slept amazingly well and had zero grogginess in the morning - or any negative after effects whatsoever for that matter. Delicious taste and thick lung filling draws. VERY nice relaxing strain. Does what it's supposed to as an Indica!

If getting high is your goal, 5 stars. This is a "takes no prisoners" strain that'll hit ya topside the head like a sledgehammer good and fast; it keeps you high - can get you higher - and seemingly doesn't stop likely due to its Lambs genetics (Sativa with strong "alert and awake" features). The sleep on this strain takes a while to kick in, comes well AFTER the bulk of the buzz. Hits 100% top speed immediately and keeps you there - I'd recommend not having any plans or designs on much when consuming this strain. Maybe a safe and comfortable place to hang back - probably great concert or "venue" stuff as it keeps you from nodding off but also keeps you extremely high. I'd go as far to say "smoke/vape enough of it, and you'd be feeling as though you're not only on weed, but a low dose of cocaine/stimulant and some sleepy but trippy mushrooms" all in one. Heavy hitter - period. No paranoia or anxiety, but doesn't take you long to realize you are completely and utterly wasted and next to useless shortly after consuming.
