After meaning to check out Einstein for months, I finally got around to it this weekend (and again yesterday :}) and I'm so glad that I did. I haven't been able to find potent medication for my spine injury since I left California, but Randy is a grower who knows what he's doing. I've tried 4 of his strains so far and all of them are effective, not to mention that they smell and taste incredible (I vaporize exclusively, so that's a huge plus for me). Everyone that I've spoken to there has been very kind, professional, and knowledgable and I really love that they're a family business. Thanks for the free samples as well! You guys are heads and shoulders above the competition.

I want to preface this by saying that this is above and beyond my favorite dispensary, however, the medication quality is way down and it's kind of unacceptable considering your prices. I'd been excitedly waiting for months for your Space Queen to come in and have spent those past couple of months sampling your procured meds while waiting for your harvest. When your first crop arrived tasting like shoe leather, I chalked it up to it being your first grow and a beginner's accident. After smelling/tasting that same nasty leather smell/taste on every new strain of yours that I've tried, I can't help but wonder if your grower knows what they're doing. The Space Queen that I was so excited for tastes like I'm vaporizing it directly from a sweaty leather jacket made from a bull's ballsack. The taste is so strongly offensive that I actually had to soak parts of my vaporizer in isopropyl alcohol to keep it from transferring to my quality meds. It doesn't taste or smell anything like cannabis and to me, that's incredibly worrisome. I know you guys are still learning, but it really sucks to see your owner defending medical cannabis on the news and then be selling such a subpar excuse for medication. Hopefully you guys can get it sorted out soon, but for now I'll be going elsewhere.

I wanted to update my review, as Chris reached out to me and offered a replacement quarter of my choosing. The Agent Orange is working wonderfully, thank you! The guys at Swell very obviously care about the happiness and well being of their customers, and it means a lot that they were willing to go out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my medication. I checked out a few of the other strains while I was in and they all looked/smelled amazing. I'll be back in soon for some Sour Diesel :) Thanks again!

I recently moved to AZ from Los Angeles and have been looking for a home dispensary without a whole lot of luck. I'm scheduled for a spine fusion in the next couple of months, and was growing increasingly more frustrated looking for a place that kept any of "my" strains in stock; while I enjoy trying out new strains, I need a little consistency as driving for extended periods of time isn't one of my favorite things right now. tru|med's reviews were solid and I had made a mental note to check them out if I was ever over in that area. I'm so glad that I wound up over there sooner rather than later. tru|med is amazing! The building is immaculately clean, the interior is beautifully decorated, and it's obvious that a lot of thought was put into creating a comfortable & welcoming environment for patients. The space is bright and open with multiple flat screens displaying easy to understand information about their flowers, and all of their medication is available for closer inspection. The medication itself is fresh and potent and tru|med has multiple strains that have worked well in managing my pain (7-9 knocked down to a 3-5!) - Rainbow Kush, Blue Dream, and Berry White, if you were interested. I also picked up Tangie and Sour Grapes. I wasn't a huge fan of Sour Grapes, but the Tangie was glorious. I honestly couldn't tell you if it was working well for my pain because I was too busy laughing at everything and that's just fine with me. They also threw in an equally potent pre-roll of Blue Dream as a new patient gift which was super nice of them :3 One thing that really stood out for me was how friendly each member of their staff was. I never once felt rushed or that I was being annoying by asking questions, and everyone that I spoke with was both knowledgable and professional. It's apparent that they care about their craft and about providing quality products and services to MMJ patients. I wish that they were closer, but tru|med is absolutely worth the drive. Thanks guys! L4-S1 fusion patient. Took my pain from an 8.5 to a 3 when narcotics can barely touch it without making me tired, so I'm pretty impressed. Clean citrus flavor, maybe a little bit green/earthy. Might be my new favorite.

My dude & I just moved to AZ from Los Angeles and were looking to find a worthwhile dispensary after getting burned via a delivery service. ACE had great reviews and we figured it was worth the drive since I'm having a spine fusion in a little less than 2 months and need quality medication. The staff at ACE is seriously wonderful. They're very professional, friendly, passionate & knowledgable about their services, check-in is easy and fast (as a first time patient, that was a relief; wish I could remember the name of the cutie who was helping us with the paperwork), and it's obvious that these guys care about customer service. Devin helped us find a few strains that really worked for my pain (went from an 8.5 to a 3! Tangerine Dream & Platinum GSC, if you were interested) and can educate you about the genetics while you inspect their flowers. Aside from friendly educators/budtenders, their medication is quality. After the dried out stem I got from a delivery service, I wasn't sure what to expect from AZ in terms of decent flowers. ACE changed my opinion completely. I've tried a lot of California grown strains that don't come close to the meds they're stocking at ACE, and despite my LA pride, I'm more than happily surprised. The only bummer was that the Fruity Pebbles edible didn't do a whole lot for me, but edibles rarely do anymore so I feel like that's more on me. Looking forward to stopping over again today. Didn't have what I was looking for (which is still listed on the menu), and unfortunately the pre-roll did more for me than what I actually paid for. Seemed a little light and was 1/4 stem. Really nice guys, but pricey for what you get.
