Buyer Beware! I searched online for a store who sold a higher dose CBD cream and found OCS. The price was cheaper then most stores and the online ordering process was simple. Delivery was next day. Unfortunately their delivery service only delivers at night between 5-9pm. The driver phoned around 9:30 pm. to say they were 5 minutes away. It was 10:30 before they actually arrived. So, not a good start. When the package arrived I discovered the product labeling showed the wrong dosage. Their website description showed 40mg THC / 1200mg CBD…however the label indicated it only contained 1mg THC / 20mg CBD. Being concerned I was shipped the wrong product I phoned their customer service. Here’s what I was told! “We’re sorry!” “Yours wasn’t the first complaint we’ve had on this issue” “Let me put you on hold while I look into this for you.” When the customer service agent returned he didn’t have any answers for me. He then said, “Why don’t you purchase another bottle and see what happens.” When I said that wasn’t going to happen he replied, “you can try using the product and see if it’s what you need.” I replied, “if I open it and try it can I still return it”. He said NO. I was then told he could open an investigation with their supplier however, this process could take up to 15 working days. I replied by saying “is this my only option”? At no point in our conversation was I offered a return or exchange. Having no choice I accepted and offered to help his investigation by sending him photos of the label in question and a couple more of other brands to compare their label descriptions. ALL- in -ALL an extremely poor customer service experience!!! So far I’ve been waiting over a month and a half for a reply! I’m pretty sure this whole process was nothing more than a discouragement with hopes I would just forget about it over time. To this day OCS still advertises this product on their website as having 40mg THC / 1200mg CBD. Due to their lack of attention in this matter I’ve decided to send this information and my experience with OCS to the attention of the Ontario Government Regulatory Group who govern possible issues of False & Misleading advertising and who licence OCS to operate selling these products. I’m pretty sure my inquiry with them will not get the same lack of attention and be overlooked. I only left a single star because I can't give them a ZERO
