Afghan Kush

Afghan Kush is a wonderful indica. It's the most medicinal strain I've tried. Relieves pain and can even make you feel floaty. Helps with nausea too. The high doesn't hit the mind much but does make you very happy. Good strain to just chill out with, or to have before bed. It's excellent for sleep. Not one you'll want to do a lot on. The smell and taste are nice but nothing too crazy. Smell is nice and kushy, piney and earthy. Taste up front is sweet followed by the kush. The plant gets to a decent size, doesn't stretch too much. Likes lower amounts of nutrients. Overall an awesome classic and one of my favs.

Solid strain. Don't let the 3 stars deter you, only a handful of strains can be 5 stars. Flavor is very earthy, a little herbal, and there's an essence of the "purple flavor" that the purples share. I was expecting sweet but this isn't bad. Decent effects too. Indica body stone and a good cerebral kick from the OG parents. Good for pain & sleep. Not too munchy.

First of all, the med quality is good. No complaints there although I didn't like how they broke the big nug up all the way even though it was all going in my bottle anyways. This feels like the shop that the people who re-sell their meds go to, but with their ridiculously high prices it's not possible. The place is just a huge room that they let a bunch of people go in, so it doesn't feel very welcoming. Also with the meds, it's essentially the cheaper the older :/

I've been here twice and the two visits were very different. The first time I went was when the place was just opened for less than a week. It went great! Nice friendly people / service, pretty decent meds, and I left a happy patient. The second visit about a month later was just shameful. The budtender was unfriendly and seemed to just rush me through. Many of the meds were noticeably uncured with their grassy fresh smell. But the meds are not my biggest problem. What they did on "free gram monday" is my biggest problem. They raised their donation prices on ALL meds on Free Gram Monday! It was a $70 eighth for Jack Herrer when it's usually $60. No other club/dispensary charges that much ever for an EIGHTH. My friend that came with me didn't even get his free gram! They gave him $5 off! Now I wonder what percent of possible prizes were actually not a free gram (they have you stick your hand in a box and pull out a random bottle with what you won written on it) and that "free gram monday" is just a tactic to lure more customers in without delivering what they promised.
