Security guy thinks he’s tough shit or something- think he was dropped on the head because he has major anger issues. They didn’t want to honor their first time visit discount, saying it was my “second time” - which would’ve then warranted a 15% discount for my second visit.

If I could give them zero stars at this point I would. Their security guards intentionally misgendered me, made fun of me and laughed at me as I corrected them telling them I was non-binary. I had my medical card and ID literally ready to go - as always - they refused those and asked for an order # instead which literally never happens here. I watched as they let other users in without asking this question, when I confronted them about it they ignored me and told others to just ignore me. One of the security guards was so aggressive and in my face, my personal space, that I felt physically unsafe and humiliated by this experience. After I finally got a shift supervisor, he literally told me I needed to be respectful to the security and presumed it was all my fault. Security literally wanted to follow me to the register. I've never felt this discrimination before, especially by folks who are supposed to be working somewhere and making you feel safe. I spoke to the store manager who confirmed the order # request was a lie and not policy. They told me they'd relay this fiasco to their security head - I asked for phone confirmation when that happened and I have yet to be contacted. If you're queer, go spend your money somewhere else - zen leaf in Evanston is much better to their lgbtqia community.

This place is amazing! The shops aesthetic is great and the specialists are so nice. First time med shopper here and I forgot to mention one of their specials during my order. I went back and they took care of me, no issue at all. I will absolutely be going back when I make the trek from IL.

I’m a medical patient who placed an order on my way home from work. They sold my reservation within an hour of me placing it. There is supposed to be an all day hold for medical patients, per the customer service manager I spoke to from Sunnyside. What’s worse is the tender “helping” me didn’t care or offer an explanation besides “we sold out/ first come first serve” and proceeded to offer me product and amount nowhere near what I initially ordered. This experience left a gross taste in my mouth, NGL.

I have PTSD & GAD, and sometimes I can get worked up and not able to focus. I smoke one of these before working from home and I love how much I’m able to enjoy my high and focus on productivity. It has me wanting to cook my breakfast, do my chores, etc.
