Usually, don't like to be someone to complain, but the service of this company needs serious improvement. I placed an order at 11:30 am and received an email that my order was placed and set to deliver between 4:30pm-7pm and I would receive a confirmation email shortly if there were no issues. I never received that email. By the time 7 pm rolls around it seem apparent that they aren't coming so I go to try and figure out why; this is where this company loses my respect. They're a delivery service with no actual store location or number so getting any help can be EXTREMELY difficult. They have specific customer service hours, only reply by email, and even state it make take them one business day to get back to you. So instead of ever explaining why you aren't getting your order, you are left completely in the dark. Maybe for days lol. I came to find out it might be because my ID isn't updated on my account, but the actual website is hard to use and navigate, often freezing or crashing and it won't let me manually update it myself. So rather than reaching out to me within the seven-plus hours after I placed the order to inform me of the discrepancy, I had to find the issue on my own, only I can't actually fix it or get in touch with anyone. Great business. One star for service. Which is a shame because I've enjoyed their product in the past. Perhaps work on your customer service and make it easier for us to get in contact. Won't be using this company for anything but emergencies if ever again from here on out.
