I was delivered an incorrect product realizing after I smoked half of the eighth was only offered a discount only if I brought the other half eighth in. Why do I have to pay for their incompetency? I would have expected a redelivery of the correct ordered product. Customer service? BS. Apart from the fact that the order was delivered a day late with an unsubstantiated excuse.
