I have issues with paranoia and anxiety when smoking, so a strain that doesn't exacerbate them is important. At 1 hit, blue dream was uplifting, positive, motivating, and overall enjoyable. I was able to work with my hands and focus well. However, 1 more hit was too much and I felt very overwhelmed and slow. There was a decent amount of paranoia and anxiety, but nothing too debilitating. Overall: great strain, my present favorite, but it hits hard and is easy to overdo it.

I suffer from anxiety and had to stop smoking a few years ago as it would induce panic attacks. I heard high CBD Indica strains would lessen the likelihood of anxiety and paranoia when smoking, so I thought I'd try this. While I did experience some of those symptoms, it was not nearly as bad as I was use to experiencing. I'm still looking for a better strain for anxiety, but in the mean time, this provides physical relaxation without inducing too much nervousness.
