I don't recommend this one, however, if you are trying to relieve insomnia or anxiety as the White Widow can act as a catalyst for rapid train-of-thought. These mind stimulating effects are perfect for creative endeavors such as painting, writing, composing, cooking or even simply re-arranging your furniture.
