Staff is always friendly, product is always great! The only downfall I have is sometimes I find a really good strain, NTI runs out, and it doesn’t get restocked for awhile if ever. However, that is not necessarily something that maybe in their control either.
I loved the Blue dream Airo pro cartridge and my dispensary was out (still is :( )and then tried the Pharmacann Matter Blue Dream Cartridge and IT is horrible! The Pharmacann cartridge has opposite flavors and effects. I was disappointed.
