I've been there a few times and the people are friendly and polite. Yes, depending on how many people are there you may have a wait. But if you don't care to go inside, then just order carside before you get there. They'll send you a text when it's ready and that'll minimize your wait time. Be a bit patient. I literally order like two hours before becuase they are going to be busy. Just the nature of the beast.
