The specimen of JH I purchased consisted of about 7 or 8 compact, long buds on the smaller side. In a way, its size prompted me to question the tender as to whether it was sativa-dominant or not, upon which I was offered a sniff, and it smelled *beautiful*! A fresh, piny scent accentuated by hints of earthy must. After grinding the smell was overwhelming, and quickly filled the room, then spread throughout the house. I had to light some incense when my roommate came home before I even toked.
When I tried it, I was somewhat disappointed at first. I smoked a reasonably large (for me) 1/2 g bowl in a bong and smoked it to the head in three large hits, interrupted only by my a bout or two of choking.
I didn't feel anything for about 10 minutes. While I sat puzzled over the Collective's usually great recommendations, I was struck with a wave of pure rocket fuel! It felt kind of like it had some Strain in its lineage, but it was also, at least in my case, a creeper. All in all, I loved it. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it looked like it wasn't cured that well, but it was still fresh and potent, and for $7 per gram at the dispensary on special, you can't go wrong.
