As a patient services facility and not a RECREATIONAL facility we need to see more care going into keeping patients informed. Your inventory is not listed anywhere currently, even daily specials need to be listed when in stock (and when stock is depleted). You have a patient base that comes to you from 20miles plus. You CANNOT have patients blindly traveling for the meds they hope will be there. You have to give disabled patients the ability to pre order. There is no excuse aside from a human not willing to, or knowing how to update the online services. Please, hire someone that can handle this situation better.
