Biscotti Mintz. This is the type of high I longggggg for. It’s clear headed enough to not cause any racing thoughts or anxiety, but also thought provoking enough that my pondering lead to some cool realizations. It sat super heavy in the eyes and relaxed every muscle in my body. It then creeped up and I found myself completely melting into the bed. I felt so warm, cozy & euphoric. My body felt so heavy while my mind was so lifted. It completely calmed my anxiety and lifted any depressive thoughts. I love you biscotti mintzzzzz fr 🫶🏼

My go to for unwinding after a 12 hour shift. Melts back pain, stress & anxiety away, causes overall good feels, smiles & giggles, and the best of all.. it allows my mind to unwind first, feels like your mind is dancing through a relaxing dream loud, and just when you’re ready for bed.. it then gently creeps into your body and makes everything around you feel like it’s the softest cotton you’ve ever felt. This should be in everyone’s rotation to be honest, if more of the world smoked this, 1/2 our problems would be solved over afternoon tea, FOR REAL.

Yea this is nice, to me it’s more of an indica leaning hybrid as it’s heady too, I love it. Great for a night of laughing your ass off with friends and then drifting onto a cloud into a peaceful pain free sleep

Smoked Vireo’s 18.74% Glookies. Beautiful looking and sized nuggs. Upon opening the jar, was smacked in the face with a potent pine scent. Smelling it closer I also got hints of citrus. Sticky when breaking open (thanks to the GG4 I’m sure 😄). Nuggs are covered in beautiful crystals. And holy smokes 😮‍💨 this is a new favorite. I packed this into a bowl and it hit so very smoothly and it tasted so good. It immediately hit my head and a sense of euphoria and happiness was felt. This is a great combination of two amazing strains (Girl Scout Cookies & GG4). The terpene profiles of this strain is fantastic and definitely helps my anxiety/depression/PTSD. This is more of a late afternoon or night time smoke because as time passes the effects of the GG4 definitely are felt and body relaxation sets in. Can definitely seeing this aiding in some social anxiety as well as it’s uplifting and heady in the beginning as it then gently creeps into relaxation & sleepiness.

Holy cow this might be my #1. Absolutely melts away my stress & anxiety. My muscles completely relax and just melt into the couch. My eyes lay heavy and waves of happiness & relaxation flush over me. It’s so amazing. Great for depression too as it’s euphoric and mood uplifting. When hanging with friends I get that typical chill high feeling, very giggly, helps my social anxiety tremendously.

Labeled as “grape sunset” from Curaleaf, this strain is 10/10, I’m giggling my ass off to some South Park right now with no pain or anxiety. Hits heavy on the eyes, melts stress away, just good feels, medium couch lock.

A go to for daytime euphoria, energetic & focusing but not anxiety inducing. Helps me get shit done and feel good while doing it. Definitely recommend if you have ADD/depression

Holy cow. This is A1. For anyone wondering this is curaleaf’s “CPE” (curaleaf purple empire), it does wonders for unwinding, relaxing & just feeling good. It helps with my anxiety tremendously. Definitely mood uplifting & just a general sensation of chill washes over you. I am an RN and this pandemic has caused some severe mental health issues & this is the perfect strain to hit after a long & stressful shift to relax that then slowly eases into body relaxation for a solid night sleep with no grogginess. Hits very smoothly as well.

My absolute favorite. Uplifting & euphoric. Helps my depression & anxiety like no other. Great for social gatherings. Also great if you have things to do or if you just want to chill. Very versatile. Sometimes if I’m not clear headed enough, my mind hyper focuses on that and I get anxious with the lack of control I feel. Not with blue dream. No racing thoughts and very clear headed, for me it calms down the intrusive thoughts and allows me to be present wherever I am or whatever I am doing without the mental agony. I want to be where I am. The body relaxation sets in mild to moderately after some time where you are not couch locked but also don’t feel the need to get up unless absolutely necessary. People with anxiety probably understand what I’m saying there. Basically you feel like you’re on a cloud of euphoria where everything is exactly as it should be for some time. It’s a breath of relief when I smoke this.

I have a derivative of this strain that is “super lemon haze cookies” purchased medically to help with anxiety and depression. This strain is absolutely amazing. It helps me tremendously, very uplifting & euphoric, it helps combat my social anxiety and also slows down my thoughts. But not where you feel dumb where you can’t catch your thoughts. It just helps remain present in the moment and not stuck in the cycle of never ending thoughts. I have anxiety and have not experienced any paranoia either which is awesome. It’s a good day time strain but I also use it at night, it starts off with a heavy head high but as time passes the body relaxation sets in as well. Absolutely recommend for anyone who suffers from anxiety, depression or mood disorders. Great for when hanging with friends or when alone and just want to chill out and do some stuff around the house.
