This definitely builds from light and euphoric to heavy and sleepy for me. I found it helpful for my mood, but I had to use it carefully so I didn't go overboard and end up too chill. Super great when I just wanted to snuggle down and watch a movie.

Awesome for when you need to be up and about, but still chill. Very gently uplifting. A huge help with low energy depressive days.
