Another amazing one from Good Day Farms in MO. I love everything about this strain!! I’ve been a med user for years and would say this is more of a body than head high, for me anyway. The 3.5g I most recently grabbed was D9thc: 0.57%, thcA: 32.32%, total terps: 2.32%.
For me it is a post 4:20 pm if I vape or smoke this flower, just because it does tend to make me pretty much useless. The flavor is excellent and it smokes so smooth. Highly recommend!!
I’ve been a med user for years and have an obnoxiously high tolerance. I look for strains with high % of terpenes vs thc. This one has been to date the highest % of terps I’ve ever had (over 4%!!) and let me tell you-it. Did. Not. Disappoint!! This is a very very potent indica (probably hybrid, everything is hybrid now), not for the casual smoker. It is currently my favorite strain for bedtime.
I picked this up from my fav cultivator, Good Day Farm. Not sure if it’s a different variety because this was a very heavy body high, perfect if you need a K.O. to turn your lights out, contrary to what other reviews say.
Regardless of what effect you’re seeking if you come across this strain I highly recommend it, just don’t load up your bong with it to start! Hits so smooth, tastes great, so sticky, crystals, I could go on forever just get it!
Total thc: 24.96%
Total Terpenes: 4.26% ( Caryophyllene 1.60%, Limonene: 0.78%, Linalool: 0.61%, Myrcene: 0.52% )
This is in my all time top 5, possibly 3 strains of flower!!! I didn’t expect the 1,2 punch being that the main terpene is limonene, but when I do find strains that can put me right to sleep I hold them VERY near and dear to my heart and soul. Ha
I purchased this flower from Vivid with the total cannabinoids sitting at 34.33%, total terps 3.18% and thc at 27.08%.
So, I honestly don’t know where to start…I’m a medical user have been for a handful of years, for chronic migraines. Since rec has been legal in my state it is much much harder to find what I like to call ‘true indicas’. The ones that give you that 1,2 punch that you need to just sleep and you aren’t a fan of pharmaceuticals-just 100% couch lock, 0% head high...like the equivalence of growing an heirloom seed? Idk if that’s a thing with weed seeds but it should be haha. I live in a rec state so there are constantly new brands, new random strains, etc popping up-it’s honestly so hard not to get fomo, but these indicas aren’t true indicas anymore. Florida Kush is one that when I find it in stock within 45 minutes distance I will drive and stock. Up. I know everyone reacts to terpenes differently so it might not have the same effect on others but I have a very hard time finding indicas that will put me to sleep. This one does the trick! It is easily my top bed time strain right now. I don’t get any sort of headiness from it, surprisingly not super hungry either, just eases my pain and submerges me into whatever I’m sitting/laying on. I do have too high of a tolerance right now so I was surprised that it was able to effect me SO well. If you’re not a daily user I’d take a very small dose of this to start!
If you have any sort of pain, Insomnia, PTSD, other reasons for night terrors, want the best sleep of your life this flower is a MUST!!!
This is/was by FAR my absolute favorite sucker!! Mountain high suckers are the ONLY edibles that effect me due to their processing of the whole plant vs distilling thc and cbd like every other edible (in my state) as well as dual absorption-through your blood/gums as you suck on it-instant effects as well as your typical liver digested edible effect, which I don’t seem to get, apparently my liver croaked and forgot to tell me. I’m a medical user, I suffer from chronic migraines due to something called Chiari-basically part of my brain is squeezed out of my brain stem bc it’s bigger than by skull, from birth. So yes, I took the opioids okay? We’re getting off track here. These suckers are my savior!! When I get my hair done, have to RIDE in the car with-anyone? Ha, in a restaurant, a kids birthday party…(don’t judge me they are loud!)
There isn’t a pill-prescription or OTC that I can safely take on a regular basis to add to my migraine regimen that will subdue the pressure in my head-I’ve tried them ALL. When I can’t just light up a joint-I always have a sucker with me in case of migraine emergencies.
For the record I have enjoyed these recreationally, at two concerts and seeing my fav stand up comedian…they did not disappoint! I personally just prefer the sugar free bc they don’t make my teeth feel fuzzy, but would go for higher MG over SF. (Like I can eat 150 mg of chocolate and go looking for the bar the next day bc no effects besides memory loss.) These suckers are the shiiiiiiiiit. 🤙
I bought this flora farm original before any information was on here about it. I absolutely LOVE trying their new stuff, sometimes I can find it for under $40 at my local dispensary and this one I’m kicking myself over for not going back and getting more. I vaped (volcano) it first and the citrus flavor was so so so delish. I definitely got a little bit more of couch lock than energy but not sleepiness. Then I smoked it in a joint. After four pulls off a joint I went from not tired to ready to pass out! I feel the indica effects of this one much more than the sativa, including dry mouth and munchies. It’s my favorite night time smoke by far.
I loved everything about this place except for the entire reason I was there. I was even more excited that I could pre-order and not have to worry about waiting in a long line, outside, only for the strain I came for to have sold out. (My first experience at another Missouri dispensary.)
The strains I got were different from the ones I was previously not thrilled about-however they were cultivated at the same place. They were then and are now the only ones available here.
I’d purchase anything grown by solhaus with extreme cation. It’s very dry, It burns immediately when put in my Volcano to vape so that is not an option. It crumbles into dust when I grind it. I keep my meds in air tight uv protected jars, just to reiterate-I purchased it this way. Needless to say it is no where near worth $60 for 3.5G. There have been 2 other places to have an indoor cultivation that I’m seeing products being sold across the state just not here. Some for even less than the jaw dropping $60 for 3.5G, might be worth it to drive a bit for fresher, cheaper product.
On the plus side I was the only one in there so my wait time was zero. I really liked this place to be honest I just wish they’d get fresher, better quality flower. I’m hoping they’ll read this and update their supply, maybe run a couple of deals via the Leafly link. 🙏 I’m not giving up hope yet!
