I lived close enough to walk to an mj club (back when those were around), and I bought a cannatonic pre-roll 1.3 gram) out of curiosity. I smoked it at the club before I walked home and I had no pain all the way home. I felt like I was walking on a cloud. A great mood booster if your mood is affected by your pain. The CBD to THC ratio was so effective! This is one of very few strains that seemed to make a difference in my daily pain management. 11/10 would recommend.
