New favorite right here. This made me feel good. The incline was strong. Then the opening song of game of thrones came on and I felt like I could FEEL the song. It was awesome. Made me so chill. Then had time with my husband which was amazing. Then slept great. Highly recommend.

Tried this a couple times just to make sure I was for sure on what I was feeling. This one was fine the first time I tried it but then after that when I would go for it, I got so crazy anxious I had a massive panic attack that my husband had to try to calm me from which took about an hour. So not my favorite at all. Bums me out as the reviews were good. Never had this happen before. Not the strain for me.
