very good for pain relief, I don't get as high as other strains so it could nice for certain situations. I do wake up very groggy.

Really like this strain, I primarily use it for sleep, pain management and recovery. 

What I like most is that the next day I wake up energized, with a great mood. Not like a zombie like other strains.
