Very clear mental effects, without the body limitations of couch lock. Everything I looked at was very interesting. It didn't help my pain, but was very nice
Solved all of my back pain and headache issues, but was overly activating to my brain, making me anxious. Definitely one to come back to with a calming strain to go with :)
