I've been a customer since they have opened this location. Just bought a shake pack that was loaded with empty stems on top. It was clearly set to weigh heavier. I called thinking I should give them a heads up to check the rest. Apparently selling completely empty stems in a shake pack is good customer service. 🙄 I will never set foot in that place again.

Disappointed that I drove all the way over in morning traffic to find a paper in the door that says "Tomorrow 10am-10pm" along with all of your staff just staring at me through the window. Maybe you should be a little more clear on your signs and then not stare at people through the window like their a leper and let them figure out on their own you mean today! maybe you should find a different way to have your staff meetings or note it on Leafly. In my opinion that was that wasn't cool.
