it really depends on your chemistry. I will give you two examples. Me: I have seizures, migraines, PTSD and anxiety and back problems, and i can smoke up to a quarter of a bowl and be just fine and it really helps all of my problems. it is my perfect strain. It really sneaks up on you however, if i smoke too much, my girlfriend finds me being couchlocked and going "kendra, are you okay?" sometimes. now my girlfriend, can only handle 1 or 2 hits max when she has to use it, she is trying to fix just anxiety PTSD and occasional pains. any more and she is hit with a super high and is uncomfortable with it. it takes like 20 or 30 minutes for the high to kick in so if you smoke and smoke and go "nothing is happening..." give it a few and it will hit you. it isn't a beginner cannabis. I had been used to ghost dawg and banner and a few others before trying this one, others that hit hard and hit late before i tried this one. this can hit hard like gorilla glue and keep you glued down to your sofa if you take too much, but if you get it right you are bouncing around all day and it feels good if you are trapped by PTSD and are neurotic like me. it can make you neurotic if you aren't normally neurotic while you are high if you took too much until you start to burn some off. Until you get used to this strain, i strongly suggest getting whatever you need finished completed, you are likely to overshoot and spend sometime contemplating your life or your navel instead of getting something done. I like the strain and rush to my supplier whenever they have it in stock but its not for everyone, especially not my girlfriend. if you are new, get a small sample, if you are experienced, check your strains because this may stray too far from your lineages. also, if it's your first time and you are unsure if you will smoke too much, just carb your bowl with something and pace your puffs like 2 minutes apart and have a conversation with someone or something (see im neurotic).
