I visited Trees for the first time this week and was helped out by Phil. He was incredibly informative about the CBD products they had available. Phil made me feel welcome, and was genuinely kind and compassionate. I was so happy with the service, prices, and products that I went right back the next day to support them again. I left even happier after my second trip, and look forward to going back very soon. This dispensary receives my highest recommendation!
This was the only dispensary I've been going to aside from my grower. But I just got denied their Monday medical discount (as advertised), and am completely disappointed. I can't afford regular price, so it looks like I unfortunately won't be back :(
I used to come here all the time before Recreational sales began. Since then every policy change has been anti-patient, and it's no longer a place where I can get the medicine I need.
Had poor customer service across the board, even after going well out of my way to give them an opportunity to make it right. Fresh Buds lacks knowledge and leadership, and aside from quality flower it was all a letdown.
This was probably the strangest dispensary experience I've ever had (spanning 3 states).
The welcome room is fine, and the person at the front desk was nice.
But inside the bud room, it's a whole other story. The budtender was 'hands on' with the flower, a big no-no in my book. Their prices are so confusing and aren't in whole dollars.
And after finding what you need, this is what follows... the budtender tells another person what I ordered, then they start to prepare things. At this point, you're asked to leave the bud room and go back into the welcome room to pay. Then you're asked to once again return to the bud room and wait for the order to be filled. It's all very disconnected, and created long and unnecessary wait times.
The most postive thing I have to say is the the budtender paid a dollar or so for a patient who was short. That's great, but the whole awkward experience otherwise soured me on the place.
This dispensary offers a wide range of products, from non-psychoactive to high THC. In fact, their zero-THC Hemp products are right inside the front door in the welcome area. So even those without OMMP cards can go in to make purchases on those particular products.
Inside the bud room is a nice range of flowers, edibles, and concentrates, all pretty reasonably priced. They even specialize in a few different high CBD strains of bud which I need.
The budtender was very informative and passionate about Cannabis, and it was fun figuring out which flowers were for me.
All in all, a solid dispensary experience that I'd recommend to anyone.
I stopped in here after a terrible experience with another dispensary. They really hooked me up, and I was extremely happy with the service that they provided.
Their flowers are worth what you'll pay, and many are highly discounted and affordable. With a decent selection, outstanding service, and great prices, I recommend!
The flower is really good quality, but that's about where the positivity ends.
The budtender was telling me that things were Indica that were actually Sativa, and really didn't have a grasp on what their flowers were.
On top of this, their safe was in the main bud room, and it was wide open. And all over the place were huge bags of bud laying around. As well, there were a couple of shoddy display cases with products just piled in there sloppily without proper tags.
This place is does not offer a professional experience in the slightest, so be prepared to be disappointed.
The power was out when I visited their shop, but the situation was not handled well. They had no scales for use, so they should not have even been open in the first place.
I asked for an 1/8th of flower, and they shorted me about a gram (which is illegal). I had to go to another dispensary just to get it weighed, then go all the way back to [hopefully] get all of the flower I paid for.
By the time it was all said and done it was all so much of a hassle, and the budtender was not very helpful or empathetic.
I can't say I'd trust this place to do things right considering my experience, and I unfortunately cannot recommend it.
This was the first time I've ever walked out of a dispensary without any product.
This place is pretty new, but it's doing so many things wrong. First of all, there are no prices on anything other than flower. That means if you have to ask how much every single thing costs that you're interested in, and wait while the budtender struggles to figure it out.
The flowers there are not actually very good quality, especially for the price they are asking. A couple bucks less per gram on everything would be a good start.
The person working when I was there was not familiar with the products, was nervous, flustered, and could not even explain which flowers were Indica/Hybrid/Sativa. The owner had to be called 3 separate times in order to find information about certain items. As a patient, it was impossible for me to receive correct information on the products I was interested in. There were even items without any information (strains, test results, etc.) about the product at all, so there are compliancy issues that need to be figured out as well.
The budtender also forgot to give me my card back before I left. When I came back later I was told, "you forgot it". No, no, no. I work at a dispensary, and if we forget to give a patient back their ID we apologize. Not only that, but we offer a free gift for them having to come all the way back because of our mistake. Anything less is just plain rude.
This dispensary was not ready to be opened, and a lot of work needs to be done before they're capable of properly serving their patients. I wish them the best, but it's going to be a long road ahead.
