It's awesome but if you smoke this for the first time make sure to take your time. I didn't even cough much but it made my chest hurt for half a day the first time. My friends said its because I was hitting it too hard. i had no idea. lol. Also it makes me fall right to sleep so I'm not going to get it again. i need energy
