Ive visited this store many times. My most recent trip I bought 2 X 1 gram packs of shatter. When I opened it the product had lost all of its moisture into the paper it comes in leaving the shatter more like a crumbly wax. I called the store and was told "once its open you cant return it". How do I know the condition of the product until I open it? I called the store and the manage said she would call me right back but never did. Now Im stuck with 100$ worth of garbage product that I cant even use. I will not be returning to this store and suggest you think twice before purchasing something you will be stuck with even if its bad product
