This discreet dispensary serves the FIRE!!! I left after spending $120 with an OZ., an eighth, a free gram, and two free pre-rolls. Sometimes the great deals mean not great smoke, but not here! Aside from the heat blasting to an uncomfortable degree, this is one of the friendliest, most well-informed medical dispensaries in Seattle. Well worth the drive, for anyone who is serious about getting good medicine at a reasonable price.

Wow. This is strong medicine. Almost a narcotic like pain-killing effect, but without the nasty side effects of taking pills. Great flavor, and scent. Burns evenly and smooth. Don't make plans for after you smoke this strain, unless your plans are to take a nap.

Excellent strain for the evening when it is time to wind down and relax. Got mine at Island Alternative Medicine and the quality is fantastic. 4/5 because it could be a little stronger in my opinion, but I have a high tolerance. Smoked through a water pipe, the sweet aroma of the flower, translates to a nice flavor, and smooth smoke. I'd recommend this strain to a group of smokers who want to have a nice time, and maybe sit in front of a bonfire.

This is one of my favorite high CBD strains. It combines the anti-inflammatory properties of a CBD rich strain, and also gives you a nice relaxed high. I often feel motivated and more focused after smoking this strain. This plant grows very well, and produces a large harvest. I would suggest Canna-Tsu for a first time grower.

Quality medicine and friendly staff. They always have $10 grams, and offer a $30 for 3.5g special. Excellent selection of edibles, topical products, concentrates, glass, clones, and more! Try their high CBD strains for some excellent relief, or grab a nice hybrid and take a hike in a nearby state park. 10 out of 10 for sure. This is my go to store to get the medicine I need.
