If you value your time please steer clear of this dispo. They take hours to fill a pre-order. You will show up and have to get in the regular line because your pre-order will not be ready.
I placed an online order. The items I chose were not in stock. They texed a list of what they had and I made new selections. When I arrived to pick up my order they said that they did not fill it and they were now out of my 2nd choices as well. Now I had to settle for the bottom of the barrel due to their neglagance. They need to keep their online menu updated and fill orders prior to customers arriving. This is not the first issue I have had here, I won't be back!
$15 for a gram of shatter is a great deal! But beware, I bought 9 grams and three of them were short. They weighed .88, .89 & .91 the rest were good. They need to do a better job of ensuring patients are getting what they are paying for.

The pre-rolls never seem to hit very good. Not sure what it is about them but they never have good airflow. The flower, depending on the strain that you get is pretty good if you didn't get a super dry one that they bagged up 2 weeks ago.
First off let me say I love Swell and I go there all the time for my flower. Their concentrate is good as well however I cannot stand the new containers they are using. They are all glass and a little deep but the main thing is you end up losing product to the inside of the container due to its glass consistency, we need all rubber containers or parchment paper! It's silly because it seems like such a rookie mistake to even think of using these containers for concentrate and I know that swell is no rookie so somebody seriously messed up! Hopefully they switch these containers soon as I will be getting my concentrate elsewhere until they do.
